International Tool Machines are designed for 24 hour production, 7 days a week. For this reason, ITM offers an array of automatic loaders for your manufacturing needs. Depending on your grinding application of your tool or part we have the loading system that can load and unload your part with the shortest cycle time. ITM’s loaders has been used in hundreds of ITM customer machines: in the tool industry, automotive and medical fields.  Our automatic loaders are easy to maintain and utilize cassettes easily accessible through 3rd party vendor(s). It has sensors to detect the part and safety measures to help prevent loading issues.
